Reiki (Ray-Key) is a healing arts practice that restores the balance between the physical, emotional, spiritual & mental levels for all living beings, enabling the body to do what it
does best: heal itself. A Reiki appointment can be between 45
minutes to 1 hour and involves a short interview and then the
Reiki treatment. A Reiki treatment involves the practitioner (who
has completed their attunement) executing a series of hand placements
or hovering over different areas of the clients fully clothed body. The practitioner serves as a conduit through which the universal energy flows through and into the client removing blockages and allowing their energy life force to flow freely and restore balance.

Athletes and Reiki
Clearing your energy centers and allowing your own life force to move freely through your seven chakras can open an athlete up to GREATER POSSIBILITIES. There is a
benefit that is hard to describe unless you experience it. Also, Pre & Post Surgery Reiki can help athletes through their process of surgery and rehabilitation.
